4 months old

Breezy, two days ago, August 17th was the date a year ago that I took a pregnancy test that told me we would be adding you to our family! I was so shocked to see those two pink lines since your dad and I had hardly even tried to get pregnant that month due to illness. And now you are here and, as of yesterday, are 4 months old today. It is just so surreal.

 4 months:

 At 4 months you are able to roll from back to stomach and then you throw a huge fit about being on your stomach. You love to play in your jumparoo! Your face just lights up when I sit you in there. You are starting to talk a lot. The other night, you sat and talked for over 30 minutes straight. I took a video of it and whenever I show you the video, you start talking to yourself. You are still waking up one to two times at night, but we are going through sleep training currently so hopefully those days are coming to an end. You are still a very laid back and happy baby. You are on the small size, the pediatrician said that 4 months is kind of the peak of chubbiness, and Breezy you just are not that chubby. You do have some little baby rolls but for the most part are on the slimmer side. You are currently mostly still wearing 0-3 month clothing with a few of your 3-6 month items thrown in. We for right now have decided to delay solids, but I am not sure you are too happy about that. You absolutely stare down anyone eating anything around you. I have given you a few tastes of food and you have not been too sure about any of it.Your father and I love you so much and are just beyond blessed that you are ours.
